After a prolonged period of uncertainty in commercial real estate, 2024 marked a turning point. Despite global uncertainty and a slow economy, improved financing conditions boosted transaction volumes gradually throughout the year with the aggregated volume for 2024 ending more than 30 percent higher in the Nordics. Although conditions vary between geographies and segments, we believe that the real estate cycle has turned.
