JLL advised eQ on the sale of two prime hospital properties in Helsinki
eQ Community Properties Fund has sold two prime hospital properties to Niam.

Saukonpaadenranta 2 is an imposing ocean-front property in Jätkäsaari anchored by market leading private cancer hospital Docrates. Bulevardi 22 is a historical, yet fully modernized, landmark building in Helsinki CBD with one of the country’s largest private healthcare service providers, Mehiläinen, as the main occupier. The combined lettable area of the properties is ca. 12,000 sq m.
