Antti Pelli to strengthen JLL Finland’s Capital Markets team

M.Sc. (Tech.) Antti Pelli will start 1. September as a Senior Director in JLL Finland’s Capital Markets team. Antti has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry and has previously worked, e.g., on Genesta and Sponda managing significant office portfolios. Antti also has acquired consulting experience from his time at Pöyry. Antti will be transferring to JLL from Pareto Securities, where he worked as a partner responsible for Pareto’s real estate investments in Finland. At Pareto, Antti was representing e.g., Fleming Properties Ab when they bought SOK’s headquarters in Vallila for €130 million and Origa Care Ab as they bought a care property portfolio for €50 million.
