JLL advised eQ Commercial Properties and eQ Community Properties in the purchase of an office and healthcare property located in Tikkurila from Sponda

The asset is a state-of-the-art office and healthcare property consisting of two interconnected buildings in a very well-connected location adjacent to the Tikkurila railway station; the first building was completed in 2018 and the extension was completed in December 2021. The asset has approximately 13,500 sq m of lettable area and it boasts a strong tenant roster anchored by i.a. Mehiläinen, Lehto Group and Forenom. The first phase of the asset has LEED Gold certification and a LEED Platinum certification is expected to be applied for the extension.
