JLL advises on sale of six residential assets in Vaasa

ABB Eläkesäätiö has sold the shares of Kiinteistö Oy Sähkökoti to Olo Asunnot.

Kiinteistö Oy Sähkökoti consists of six residential assets with 289 apartments. The total leasable area is approximately 17,214 sq m. All of the assets are located in the city of Vaasa, in the districts of Korkeamäki, Suvilahti and Ristinummi.
