JLL advises Tarkala in the sale of grocery-anchored retail and offices premises in Helsinki centre to HOK-Elanto

Tarkala Oy has sold retail and office premises located near Helsinki city centre to HOK-Elanto. 

The retail and office premises consist of approximately 4,700 square meter of lettable area and are currently fully let. The anchor tenant is HOK-Elanto, which operates a recently refurbished S-market on the ground floor. The sold premises are located on the ground and on the first floor of three housing companies.
