JLL Capital Markets advises TS-Yhtymä Oy in the sale of a data centre property in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area

The Myllynkivenkuja 4 property was completed in 1987 as a newspaper printing site, and today is fully let to the international data centre company Equinix and the high-tech security company Thales. It comprises approximately 16,900 sq m of gross lettable area and 6,500 sq m of unused building right, and due to its location benefitting from excellent connectivity and superb power supply security provides attractive opportunities for expansion and further development for particularly mission-critical uses.
