Employee volunteering & Charitable contributions: Establish consistent opportunity for employees globally to spend their time volunteering, with an aim to move towards a more unified impact-focused approach to community engagement globally in the longer term.

Global target: Increase our community time contribution year on year, with an aim of reaching 15,000 days by 2020*.
