Health, Wellbeing & Productivity in Offices
syyskuu 22, 2016
This new meta study led by the World Green Building Council and co-sponsored by JLL highlights a number of building design features that affect the health, satisfaction and productivity of office workers — ranging from air quality and daylighting to views of nature and interior layout. The report establishes that even modest improvements to the office environment can lead to cost savings and increased revenue through reduced absenteeism, greater creativity and a more focused workforce.
Importantly, the research also provides a toolkit for occupiers, buildings owners and advisors wishing to assess space in terms of its performance against wellbeing and productivity metrics.
