New Head of Leasing for JLL Finland

HELSINKI, 03 June 2020 – JLL has appointed Rasmus Vuorinen as Head of Leasing and Asset Value Optimisation in Finland, with effect from the 1^st of August 2020. Renaming the team is part of the forwards going strategy of offering JLL’s clients with comprehensive value creating services.

Vuorinen joined JLL in 2015 and has been an integral part of the leasing team advising both domestic and international clients. In this new role, Vuorinen will be responsible for the strategy and growth of JLL’s integrated leasing and asset value optimisation advisory business in Finland. He takes over from Katri Lehtonen, current Head of Leasing, who has been instrumental in growing the business and developing JLL’s leasing services to a market leading position in Finland. Katri will remain part of the team and JLL Finland Executive Board and continue to support whole JLL Finland with her vast market knowledge and network.

The Leasing and Asset Value Optimisation team will have an important role in offering clients leasing and value creating services. Succeeding in real estate investing is tied to occupier value and satisfaction along with effective cost management. JLL Finland has been providing leasing advice for years in facelifts and property development. Asset Value Optimisation is a project based service which extends the leasing services to cover also existing tenants, minimizing operational costs and all major parts that play a role in the asset value.
