JLL advised MSD in the sale and leaseback of their office property located in Keilaniemi, Espoo to Skanska
MSD Finland Oy has completed the sale and leaseback of their current Finnish HQ in Keilaniemi, Espoo to Skanska’s property development company. The purchase price was approximately EUR 22.6 million.
Keilaranta 3 is a five-storey office building with a lettable area of approximately 5,000 sq m. The property is located in the centre of Keilaniemi and benefits strongly from great location right next to the Keilaniemi metro station and the upcoming light rail line, Raide-Jokeri.
