JLL advises Castellum AB in the purchase of an office property in Helsinki
HELSINKI, December 14, 2020 – Castellum AB has completed the purchase of an office property in Sörnäinen from CapMan Nordic Real Estate fund on December 11th 2020. The purchase price is approximately EUR 23 million excluding expenses.
Hämeentie 15 is a multi-tenant office property with a total lettable area of 7,879 sq m. Built in 1956 with an extension in 1990, the property benefits from a strategic micro location along the renovated part of Hämeentie, one of the main public transport corridors in the Helsinki city core. Hämeentie 15 boasts a strong tenant roster and a WAULT of 3.2 years at acquisition. The occupancy rate is 86%. On-site services include a gym, a restaurant and a sauna with a terrace on the top of the building.
