JLL advises Conficap in the sale of a healthcare property to SBB

The healthcare property is located in the heart of the City of Raisio and is fully occupied with long lease agreements. The largest tenant is Mehiläinen, the leading Finnish private healthcare operator. The property, built in 2009, offers lettable area of approximately 1,300 sqm.
