JLL advises eQ Finnish Real Estate special investment fund in the sale of prime parking property to Equitix infrastructure fund
eQ Finnish Real Estate special investment fund has sold a newly built parking property in Helsinki to an infrastructure fund controlled by Equitix, a UK-based infrastructure asset manager.
The parking property was constructed in 2021 and is located in the Jätkäsaari peninsula right next to one of the busiest passenger ports in Europe, the West Harbour. The property offers up to 725 parking spaces and is fully let with a long-term lease agreement to the Port of Helsinki, a subsidiary to the City of Helsinki.
