JLL advises MVH-Kiinteistöt in the sale of a prime healthcare portfolio to Aedifica

^{A portfolio of seven healthcare properties}

HELSINKI, December 11, 2020 – MVH-Kiinteistöt Oy has sold a portfolio of seven healthcare properties, providing capacity to 171 residents and a gross lettable area of approximately 7,700 sq m, to Hoivatilat Oyj. Hoivatilat Oyj is part of Aedifica Group, a Belgian healthcare real estate company with a portfolio of more than 470 sites across Europe. The total purchase price is EUR 26.5 million.

The properties are located in six Finnish cities and are fully occupied with long lease agreements. The sites are all recently built and are operated by four different operators providing accommodation to elderly people, people with mental disabilities, and young people with mental health problems.
