JLL advised on the sale of two retail properties in Lohja
The Danish K/S Lohja Retail Parks and K/S Lohja Retail have sold two retail properties in the Lohja region to Innovestor Oy. The freehold properties were built in 2007, with a total leasable area of approximately 6,500 square meters. The main tenants in the retail properties are Gigantti, Musti ja Mirri, Power and Jysk. Both properties are well-located in the popular Tynninharju retail district.
JLL acted as the sole commercial advisor to the seller in the transaction. Tero Uusitalo, JLL: ”The activity on the Finnish market is picking up after the slowdown in Q2 and is supported by the central banks’ favourable actions and real estate developers’ increased activity on the market.”
Tomi Asanti, Managing Partner of Innovestor Properties: “Innovestor continues to invest into commercial real estate in the Northern Europe together with its clients. Innovestor’s co-investing model, launched in 2018, has seen increased interest among our clientele and partner banks, and the biggest challenge today is to find suitable investments properties that meet our tight investment criteria.”
