JLL advises Oy Hedengren Ab on the sale of a warehouse property

Oy Hedengren Ab has sold 1 February a warehouse property to AB Sagax. Together with the sale Oy Hedengren Ab has signed a long lease agreement to lease most of the premises in the property.
